RocketReach has given us a great place to start. Our workflow has solid direction now - we have a process in place the begins with RocketReach and ends with huge contact lists for our sales team.. We can divert our attention to actually going after the customer now! But it was frustrating for us to have to wait for people to accept our connection requests if they accepted them at all and sending is too expensive.. With the shear number of contacts we've been able to find using RocketReach, the platform has probably saved us nearly five years' worth of waiting.
Tricia's heading on a spending spree - Ashrow Talent Management
When I tried RocketReach and to find business information about key people in seconds in an easy and seamless process, I was hooked! The most frustrating part was how time consuming this all was. Finding emails for contacts turned into a one-and-done instead of a week long process. Both in the scope of the searches, and in the number of accurate emails found, I find it surpasses others. I also like the layout, which is easy on the eye, more attractive and efficient. The bottom line is that it has been a effective tool in my work, as a non-profit reaching out to leadership.
Where other businesses might label them as business partners, I just see them as very cool travelling companions that want to work with me to make an impact on individuals.

But alas, I soon realised that if I was going to have a real impact, it would have to be through effecting change at the top of the food chain. When you untangle emotions from unnecessary complexities, you replace stress with simplicity and challenges with game-changers.
The most tragic thing, I believe, is to allow our lives, our business challenges, our circumstances to happen to us. Our greatest triumph is in our ability to reclaim our power through taking responsibility, so that one day we can declare that our lives, our lessons, our successes, our failures, our legacy happened because of us. Along our journey, we often find ourselves in one of two spaces: In a comfort zone, or in what I like to call the magic zone.
THE RPO VOICE
While our comfort zone makes us feel, well, comfortable, very little magic ever happens there. Exploring and venturing into these magic zones is how I equip my clients to take ownership of their unique abilities, recognise their talents and strengths, and use these powers for good — to step up, take action, empower, liberate and lead.

Talk is cheap, and the best way for you to really get an idea of what I do, is to experience it. I connect the dots and cut through the clutter quickly so that people can see the human — and see them clearly.
